This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, disclose, and safeguard your information when you use our platform ("Service"). Please read this policy carefully. If you do not agree with the terms of this Privacy Policy, please do not access the Service.

2. Information We Collect

2.1 Information You Provide

• Wallet Addresses: When you connect your wallet, we record your public wallet address to facilitate transactions and display your portfolio.
• Token Information: Names, tickers, descriptions, and images you provide when creating tokens.
• Communications: If you contact us via email or Discord, we retain the content of those communications.

2.2 Information Collected Automatically

• Usage Data: Pages visited, features used, time spent on the Service, referral source.
• Device Information: Browser type, operating system, device type, screen resolution.
• IP Address: Collected for security monitoring, fraud prevention, and approximate geolocation.
• Blockchain Data: Transaction hashes, token contract addresses, and liquidity pool data. Note that blockchain transactions are publicly visible by design.

2.3 Cookies and Tracking

We use essential cookies for session management and optional analytics cookies (Google Analytics 4) to understand usage patterns. You can disable analytics cookies through your browser settings or our cookie preferences panel without affecting Service functionality.

3. How We Use Your Information

• To process token deployments and liquidity pool creation
• To display trending tokens and platform statistics
• To detect and prevent fraud, abuse, and security threats

4. Data Sharing

We do not sell your personal data. We may share information with:

• Service Providers: Cloud hosting (AWS), analytics (Google Analytics), error tracking (Sentry). All providers are bound by data processing agreements.
• Legal Requirements: When required by law, subpoena, or legal process.
• Business Transfers: In connection with a merger, acquisition, or sale of assets.
• Public Blockchain: Transaction data submitted to blockchain networks is publicly visible and immutable. We cannot delete on-chain data.

5. Data Retention

We retain your data for as long as necessary to provide the Service and fulfill the purposes described in this policy. Specifically:

• Account data: retained while your wallet has interacted with the Service, plus 2 years
• Usage analytics: aggregated and anonymized after 26 months
• Communications: retained for 3 years
• Legal/compliance data: retained as required by applicable law

6. Data Security

We implement industry-standard security measures including encryption in transit (TLS 1.3), encryption at rest (AES-256), access controls, and regular security audits. However, no method of electronic storage or transmission is 100% secure. We cannot guarantee absolute security of your data.

8. CCPA Compliance (California Users)

California residents have the right to know what personal information we collect, request deletion, and opt out of the sale of personal information. As stated above, we do not sell personal information. To submit a request, email privacy@lunalaunch.io.

9. International Transfers

Your data may be transferred to and processed in the United States and Singapore, where our servers are located. For EEA users, such transfers are protected by Standard Contractual Clauses approved by the European Commission.

10. Children's Privacy

The Service is not directed to individuals under 18. We do not knowingly collect personal data from children. If we learn that we have collected data from a child under 18, we will delete it promptly.

11. Changes to This Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Material changes will be notified through the Service or via email. Your continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
